Mental Health Helplines and Voluntary Sector Links Required

We're looking for your help to add more information to certain sections of our website so we can help promote our national mental health services and organisations.

If you know of, work for or run a mental health helpline or voluntary sector organisation which works to address mental health issues in Wales then we'd be more than happy to hear from you.

With your help, we want to increase the information on both our Helplines and Links and Voluntary Sector pages so if you can think of any appropriate organisations which would fit into either of these sections we'd be more than happy for you to let us know their details.

Please email any contact details and links you may have to our Project Manager Lesley Hills at lhills@rcgp.org.uk and we'll look into adding them to these pages on our site.

WaMH in PC - Now Appearing on Facebook

Since launching our WaMH in PC Facebook page last week we've been transferring more and more information from our website over to the world's leading online talking shop.

We've added a variety of links to our various website pages, sections and videos and so far the response has been encouraging but if you haven't visited our new page already then you can find us at the following Facebook address - www.facebook.com/wamhinpc.

We've already made a couple of calls for help through the page asking our new Friends to send us suggestions for mental health organisations to add to our Helplines and Links section and suitable pictures to help us create our Cover Picture for the new page.

If you've got any ideas on either of these fronts please email your suggestions to our Project Manager Lesley Hills at lhills@rcgp.org.uk and we'll look into adding them to our site.

We'll be continuing to use Facebook to highlight the work we do to improve and promote primary mental health care across Wales so please help us spread the word by clicking on the Like button and sharing our Facebook updates with your own Friends and colleagues.

WaMH in PC Goes Live on Facebook

We've just launched our new WaMH in PC Facebook Page which we'll be using to help promote primary mental health care across Wales.

Each day we'll be updating our new page with information and links to highlight the work we're doing to improve mental health care across the country.

This will include links to the various sections and publications on our website and updates about our latest news and upcoming events.

It's simple to find us, all you have to do is search for "WaMH in PC" in your Facebook search bar or type in our new Facebook address www.facebook.com/wamhinpc.

We've also added Facebook buttons to our website to help you gain easy access to our new page and handy Like buttons to help you easily share it's contents with your own Facebook Friends and colleagues.

We're always looking to develop new ways of discussing mental health problems in primary care settings and if you've got any suggestions about the kinds of information you'd like us to put up on Facebook please contact our Project Manager Lesley Hills at lhills@rcgp.org.uk.
